On September 3, 2024, the 25th networking event of the Bergisch Land Mechanical Engineering Network took place – hosted by our network member, @Röltgen GmbH & Co. KG from Solingen.
Röltgen GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, family-run company that has been on the market for over 80 years. In 1941, Paul Röltgen founded an engraving company that manufactured handshake stamps. Over time, the product portfolio has continued to adapt to market conditions: for over three decades, Röltgen has been offering its customers PC-controlled dot marking machines and marking lasers that can be used either as stand-alone units or as integrated units in a production line. Managing directors Frank and Marc Baehr gave us insights into production and development.
We would also like to thank our speakers from NEST Bildungsbar and GESA Beteiligungs gGmbH, who provided information about regional offerings and support formats for attracting and supporting trainees for companies.
