On October 6, the 27th networking event of the Bergisch Land Mechanical Engineering Network took place at our member KLINGELNBERG GmbH in Hückeswagen.
The KLINGELNBERG GROUP is one of the world’s leading companies in the development and manufacture of machines for bevel and spur gear machining, as well as precision measuring centers for rotationally symmetrical components and gear teeth. In addition, the company manufactures spiral bevel gears to customer specifications, using its own technology and with the highest precision.
After a presentation of the company, Dr. Christof Gorgels, Vice President Innovation and Technology, gave an overview of the requirements for high-precision gear teeth using the example of electromobility. This was followed by a tour of the production halls.
